The Process
Generally, when a client approaches us with a private label project we go through a series of important steps. These steps help ensure that the end product matches the initial creative vision. Below is a step-by-step breakdown of our process:
Brainstorming
A creative brainstorming session where one of our in-house specialists will meet with your team to showcase a series of specially curated samples and swatches, provide valuable insights, answer any burning questions, address concerns, and help generate cutting-edge ideas for a new product line.


CAD Development
This step involves the development of detailed mock-ups that reference the ideas discussed during the initial brainstorming session. This step can be executed by our in-house design team or by the clients in-house team. We are willing and able to provide expert counsel to designers and product developers. We consult with both our client and the factory throughout the process to ensure that the end product matches the CAD's.
Sampling + Quotation
Once the CAD's have been developed, we move along to the sampling stage. This is an opportunity for the client to see their design(s) come to life before proceeding with a bulk order. It's also an opportunity to implement any final revisions to the design. At this stage we're able to provide a final price quote as well, taking into account any logistical or time-sensitive needs.


Production + Delivery
Once the samples are approved, the purchase order is shared, and the invoice has been paid for... we finally move along to the bulk production phase. The production timeline will depend on what products you order. Our team will work closely with you to sort logistical terms that are convenient, cost-effective, and efficient.
