What is the MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity starts at 50 units per style. This allows emerging brands, established labels testing new designs, and organizations running limited releases to launch without committing to large volumes. At this level, per-unit pricing will naturally be higher than bulk production, but the trade-off is flexibility, faster decision-making, and reduced upfront risk. For clients requiring larger quantities, we are also able to support higher volumes and production efficiencies through our manufacturing partners, including Atlantis Headwear, where standard MOQs begin at 288 units.
What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of your project, materials selected, and time of year. Typical production timelines range from as fast as 25 days to up to 100 days during peak periods such as Chinese New Year. Our process is built to support both tight deadlines and long-term planning. If speed is critical, we’ll advise on design and material choices that help accelerate production. If timelines are more flexible, we can focus on optimization and refinement. If, for any reason, your project falls outside of our production scope, we’ll be transparent early and do our best to connect you with a suitable solution. Best suited for clients who value clear timelines, communication, and realistic expectations.
Where is NOBL located?
NOBL is headquartered in Montréal, Québec, Canada, and we work with clients across North America and internationally. Our location allows us to support brands looking for a North American point of contact while maintaining close relationships with our manufacturing partners overseas. This structure ensures clear communication, reliable project management, and consistency throughout the development and production process. Best suited for brands that want a responsive, hands-on partner rather than a purely offshore transaction.
Samples?
Sampling is a mandatory and critical step in our process. Samples may be purchased or borrowed during the initial development stage. Custom-made samples must be approved by the client prior to bulk production. This step ensures accuracy in fit, construction, materials, and branding, reducing costly mistakes at scale. Borrowed samples must be returned after review, while purchased samples can be retained for reference or internal use. We understand that every project has unique needs and will always work with you to find the most practical sampling approach. Best suited for clients who prioritize quality control and want confidence before committing to full production.
Pricing?
Pricing is quoted case-by-case, based on factors such as product complexity, materials, quantities, branding techniques, production timelines, and logistics. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all pricing, we focus on building the most efficient solution for your specific project. Terms are negotiable, and we offer a variety of shipping options that can impact final landed cost. Our goal is transparency — you’ll always understand where costs come from and what trade-offs exist. Best suited for brands looking for long-term value, not race-to-the-bottom pricing.
